Conducting
Leadership on the podium is about facilitating a collective musical vision. My approach to conducting emphasizes clarity, structural integrity, and the nurturing of individual voices within the ensemble, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic performance.
Teaching Philosophy
"Creating opportunities. Conducting change. Centering joy."
My pedagogical approach is rooted in the intersection of technical precision and artistic liberation. I believe the human voice is a scholarly instrument that requires both scientific understanding and emotional vulnerability to achieve its fullest resonance.

The Eaddy Studio Learning Arc
The Eaddy Studio Learning Arc is a developmental framework that guides singers from initial self-awareness toward greater technical consistency, artistic depth, and independent practice. The arc is organized into four phases:
Phase I: Discovery
Building awareness of the voice and body through foundational technique, breath coordination, self-observation, and an initial understanding of the singer’s strengths, habits, and goals.
Phase II: Cultivation
Developing greater consistency and control while expanding repertoire, musicianship, stylistic awareness, and the ability to make informed technical and interpretive choices.
Phase III: Artistry
Integrating technique, musicianship, context, and personal expression so the singer can communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and artistic intention.
Phase IV: Independent Practice
Applying accumulated knowledge with increasing autonomy: self-assessing, problem-solving, preparing repertoire independently, and sustaining continued artistic development beyond the lesson.
awareness → development → integration → independence
